Step 1: Visit the Registration Portal
- Go to: https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/drs
Step 2: Sign Up for a New Account
- Click on the Sign Up option.
- Enter your user type (Overseas Pakistani or Foreign National).
- Provide your name, passport number, email, and password.
- Click Submit.
Step 3: Verify Your Account
- You’ll receive a verification link via email or SMS.
- Click the link to activate your account.
Step 4: Log In and Start Registration
- Return to https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/drs and log in.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions on the declaration form.
- Select “Temporary Registration for Overseas Pakistanis / Foreign Nationals”.
Step 5: Fill Out the Registration Form
- Enter your:
- CNIC or Passport Number
- Date of Entry and Date of Departure
- Number of SIMs you’ll use
- Mobile Network Operator
- Agree to the declaration and click Submit.
Step 6: Enter OTP to Complete Registration
- A 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile.
- Enter the OTP in the provided field to complete the process.

- If you already have a DRS account, simply log in and follow the steps above.
