The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy A06 is nearing its launch, and leaks continue to surface, revealing exciting new details. A fresh set of high-definition renders, shared by @evleaks on X, showcases the Galaxy A06 in a striking yellow variant, alongside the more traditional black and white options. This bright new color choice adds a sunny touch while maintaining the familiar pinstripe texture of its predecessors.
One of the most notable design changes is the introduction of the ‘Key Island’ feature, where the power key and volume rocker are housed in a slightly rounded protrusion on an otherwise flat side rail. This design was first seen in the Galaxy A35 and A55 models.
However, it seems the Samsung Galaxy A06 may not offer many internal upgrades over its predecessor, the A05. Reports suggest it will be powered by the same Helio G85 chipset, with a 6.7” HD+ LCD featuring a U-notch for the selfie camera. The battery capacity remains at 5000mAh with 25W fast charging support. The device will run on the latest Android 14, but other hardware specs appear unchanged from the A05.
As we await the official announcement, these leaks provide a glimpse into what to expect from Samsung’s new 4G smartphone. Stay tuned for more updates on the Samsung Galaxy A06 as its launch date approaches.
